Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join their growing Logistics and Stores team.
Warehouse Operative Roles and Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming customer and supplier deliveries
- Pick, pack, and distribute components to support workshop operations
- Package and prepare completed projects for return to customers
- Maintain accurate records and system inputs
- Follow all company standard operating procedures
- Comply with health and safety requirements at all times
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation within the stores area
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards
Warehouse Operative Ideal Candidate:
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Willingness to learn industry-specific software (Aerotrac training provided)
- Physically fit, with the ability to carry out manual handling and lifting tasks
- Forklift Truck (FLT) licence desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of import/export processes is advantageous but not required
- Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to work
- Team player with a proactive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn
Warehouse Operative Working Hours and Benefits:
