Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Engineer to join their growing Engineering and R&D team.
R&D Engineer Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new repair capabilities and support AP102 capability additions
- Research and develop repair solutions for Part 21J and Part 21G activities
- Train and support engineering staff on new products, technologies, and repair processes
- Plan and prioritise workload to meet departmental and business objectives
- Design, build, and maintain tooling and test equipment as required
- Improve tooling management, storage systems, and technical documentation
- Maintain and develop Aerotrac data, including ATA codes, CMMs, and product groups
- Work closely with Stores, Workshop, and Quality teams to support capability expansion and compliance requirements
- Develop procedures and processes to improve operational efficiency
- Monitor performance, analyse data, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

R&D Engineer Working Hours and Benefits:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (40 hours per week)
