Our client based in Newcastle is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Vehicle Repair Technician to join their growing team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Carry out refurbishment and repair work on commercial trailers using a variety of materials and techniques.
- Safely and effectively operate both hand and power tools.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed within agreed timescales.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment at all times.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in commercial vehicle or trailer repairs is preferred.
- Competent in the use of hand tools such as hammers, saws, and drills.
- Experienced in operating power tools including grinders, sanders, and nail guns.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills, with full training provided in additional areas where required.
