We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Marketing Administrator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to develop a career in marketing, business development and recruitment within a friendly and supportive environment. No previous recruitment experience is required – we'll provide full training.
The Role
As a Graduate Marketing Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our recruitment team while helping to promote our brand and generate new business opportunities. This is a varied position where no two days are the same, offering exposure to marketing, administration, research and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify prospective Engineering & Manufacturing companies across the UK
- Build and maintain targeted databases of potential clients and key decision-makers
- Make outbound business development calls to introduce JKR and generate new opportunities
- Support consultants by identifying new business leads and keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
- Manage and develop the JKR social media presence across platforms including LinkedIn, creating engaging content that promotes our vacancies, candidates and company
- Advertise vacancies on the JKR website, LinkedIn and leading online job boards
- Assist with writing and formatting job adverts to attract high-quality candidates
- Format and prepare candidate CVs to a professional standard before submission to clients
- Ensure candidate and client records are maintained accurately within our recruitment database
- Carry out general administrative duties including document preparation, database management and correspondence
- Support the Recruitment Consultants with day-to-day administration to ensure an efficient recruitment process
- Assist with marketing campaigns, email communications and promotional activities
- Monitor market trends to help identify new opportunities
- Maintain a consistently high level of professionalism when communicating with clients and candidates

- A recent graduate
- Confident communicating with people over the phone and via email
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- A strong written communicator with good grammar and spelling
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Proactive, enthusiastic and eager to learn
