Welder Fabricator Fairford £16.00 - £17.66 per hour Our client based in Fairford are looking for a Welder Fabricator to join their growing team. Welder Fabricator Roles and Responsibilities: * Carry out MIG and TIG welding * Read and interpret from engineering drawings * Manufacturing and fabricating a wide range of steel and metal products * Preparing, cutting, assembling and finishing materials using a variety of workshop tools and equipment * Inspect completed Welds * Assisting with the installation and fitting of fabricated products Welder Fabricator Ideal Candidate: * TIG and MIG welding * Coded in either MIG or TIG (desirable) * Proven experience in welding and fabrication across a variety of projects * The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing effectively as part of a team * Relevant welding or fabrication qualifications are beneficial * Willingness to work on customer sites and undertake evening or weekend overtime when necessary Welder Fabricator Working Hours and Benefits: * Monday – Thursday, 07:30 – 16:30 * Friday, 07:30 – 12:30 * 39 hours per week, including a 30-minute lunch break * 30.5 – 31 days paid holiday (including bank holidays) * Company pension scheme with employer contributions * FSB Healthcare and employee benefits package * Ongoing training and development opportunities * Performance-related bonus scheme * Enhanced overtime rates * Company sick pay Jackie Kerr Recruitment is an independent agency that has been established for 28 years.
