Returns Operative Roles and Responsibilities:
- Processing and checking customer returns accurately
- Inspecting returned items and identifying any issues
- Recording information using internal systems
- Ensuring stock records are kept up to date
- Following company procedures and quality standards
- Working closely with internal teams to resolve return queries
- Maintaining a clean and organised working area
Returns Operative Ideal Candidate:
- Methodical and organised with a strong attention to detail
