Responsibilities
- Designing and using modelling software for various systems. Liaising with sub-contractors for fabrication and creating welding / piping drawings
- Designing, detailing, and checking structural, mechanical, electrical, or piping components and assemblies in Inventor
- Contributing to the creation of accurate manufacturing and customer drawings for gas turbine auxiliary systems.
- Ensuring the delivery of complete and accurate bills of materials in alignment with design drawings.
- Performs calculations to support product design
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Reporting on progress and identifying bottlenecks in a timely manner
- Contribute to a structured work planning process based on deadlines and time constraints
- Ensures accurate execution of designs and drawings within the agreed project schedule
- Responsible for collecting, monitoring, processing, and analysing data
- Reporting the data and making recommendations where necessary
- Occasional visits to customers for design and review, fabrication suppliers with Project Team, and customer sites
