Rate: £24.00 per hour
Our client based in Abingdon is looking for a composite laminator to join their team!
Composite Laminator Roles and Responsibilities:- Hand lay-up, wet lay, vacuum bagging, and infusion of composite materials
- Laminating using fiberglass, carbon fiber, Kevlar, and resin systems
- Preparing molds, cutting materials, and applying release agents
- Reading and working from engineering drawings and work instructions
- Trimming, finishing, and inspecting composite parts to quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Adhering to health & safety and quality procedures at all times
- Proven experience as a Composite Laminator (or similar role)
- Motorsport experience would be ideal
- Strong knowledge of composite materials and processes
- Ability to work accurately with minimal supervision
- Good attention to detail and workmanship
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive work ethic
