Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an organized CNC Machinist with a manufacturing background to take the lead in manufacturing high-quality parts!
CNC Machinist Roles and Responsibilities:
- Carry out CNC Milling operations as directed by production supervision
- Operate 3 Axis machines
- Assist in work carried out within other production areas
- Set up & operate CNC machines
- Machine Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Titanium & CuNi materials as instructed
- Manufacture parts according to the tolerances and dimensions on drawings
- Participate in ISO 9001 quality requirements and procedures
- Contribute to the quality control process of the work carried out
The ideal CNC Machinist will:
- Have experience setting and operating machinery
- Understand CNC programming
- Be able to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Have knowledge of Metrology and use of Metrology equipment
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (desirable)
- Be IT Literate (desirable)
Working Hours:
Monday to Wednesday: 13:30 – 23:30
Thursday: 13:00 – 23:30
