Warehouse Supervisor Roles and
Responsibilities
- Carry out picking, packing and general warehouse duties
- Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
- Load, unload and move stock around the warehouse
- Lead and support a small warehouse team of two colleagues
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the warehouse
- Handle manual lifting, including bags weighing up to 25kg
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times Warehouse Supervisor Ideal Candidate:
- Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment
- Counterbalance Forklift licence (essential)
- Confident leading a small team and taking responsibility
- Physically fit and happy carrying out manual handling duties
- Comfortable working in a dusty and industrial environment
- Strong understanding of warehouse Health & Safety
- Reliable, organised and able to work on your own initiative
