Responsibilities
- Carrying out general fabrication work on a range of steel structures and components
- Interpreting and working from engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Measuring, marking out, cutting, shaping, and drilling steel and plate
- Carrying out high-quality MIG welding
- Assembling and fabricating components to a high standard of accuracy and quality
- Using a range of workshop tools, machinery, and fabrication equipment
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
- Maintaining strict adherence to all Health & Safety procedures and site policies Experienced Fabricator Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working as a Fabricator within an engineering or manufacturing environment
