We are proud to be working with a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Bicester who are looking to recruit an experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator to join their skilled production team.

Welder Fabricator Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out high-quality MIG welding on mild steel components
  • Fabricating parts and assemblies to precise specifications
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical plans
  • Cutting, measuring, and preparing materials prior to welding
  • Inspecting welds to ensure strength, accuracy, and quality standards
  • Working both independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with health & safety procedures

Welder Fabricator Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven MIG welding and fabrication experience
  • Confident working with mild steel
