Our client designs and manufactures systems for their clients in the UK and abroad. They are looking for an Electronic Production Supervisor to join their growing team!

You will be expected to have a good understanding of Electronics and previous experience within a supervisory role with an ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance.

Electronic Production Supervisor Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supervising the smooth running of the small electronics department, monitoring the production process and ensuring quality of products produced
  • Overseeing the production staff and supporting them in their duties
  • Chairing production meetings once a week
  • Building and assembling the electronic products that are manufactured in house, ensuring that the final product specifications are met
  • Providing lead times and costs to the Sales department
  • Keeping our inhouse portal updated with production activities
  • Writing detailed working procedures for our products
  • Maintaining lab equipment
  • Testing the final product and quality control
  • Maintaining good stock records

The ideal Electronic Production Supervisor will:

  • Have good knowledge of electronic components
  • Have automotive or motorsport industry experience (Preferred)
  • Have a hands-on background with electronic assembly and testing
  • Be IT literate in Windows and various MS packages

Working Hours + Benefits:

  • 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday (Flexibility)
