Our well‐established client, based in Bedlington is recruiting for an Administrator on a temporary basis, starting immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Handling correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and mail
  • Maintaining records, files, and databases
  • Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinating meetings, including agendas and minutes
  • Ensuring all RTW and other documents are in place for new employees
  • Managing office supplies and equipment
