Our well‐established client, based in Bedlington is recruiting for an Administrator on a temporary basis, starting immediately.
Responsibilities
- Handling correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and mail
- Maintaining records, files, and databases
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinating meetings, including agendas and minutes
- Ensuring all RTW and other documents are in place for new employees
- Managing office supplies and equipment
- Supporting staff and management with administrative tasks
