Workshop Engineer Cheddar £15 Per Hour Our client are leading electromechanical service providers, due to expansion they are recruiting for a Workshop Engineer to join their busy team! Workshop Engineer Roles and Responsibilities: Mechanical maintenance, repair and assembly of pumps, motors and gearboxes Carry out fault finding on break down equipment Refurbish high and low voltage (AC & DC) electric motors and generators Overhauling a wide variety of pumps, motors and gearboxes Ensure that deadlines are met to meet customer expectation Work on a rota basis for call outs The ideal Workshop Engineer will: Have experience working with electrical motors, pumps and gearboxes Be able to complete fault finding on products Have a basic IT skill set Have knowledge of safety protocols and PPE Some electrical knowledge is beneficial Workshop Engineer Working Hours + Benefits: Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00 Enhanced overtime available Working on an on call Rota 28 days holiday per year (inclusive of bank holidays) Contribution workplace pension scheme Employee awards initiatives Private healthcare scheme Training and career development Wellne…
