Job Description Digitalisation Project Leader Our client is a leading manufacturer of innovative construction products and is looking for an Interim Digitalisation Project Leader to join their team on a 12-month contract! Digitalisation Project Leader Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the planning, delivery and successful implementation of digitalisation projects across the business Develop project plans, managing timelines, budgets, risks and stakeholder expectations Drive business transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, compliance and process control Identify and implement digital workflows, automation and real-time data management solutions Improve process visibility, reporting capabilities and data accuracy across the business Monitor project progress and provide updates to senior leadership Work closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Technical, Supply Chain and IT teams Manage external consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required standard Build strong working relationships with operational teams to ensure successful project delivery Undertake additional project and business transformation activities as required Digitalisation Project Leader Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Digitalisation Project Leader leading digital transformation or digitalisation projects within manufacturing, engineering or a similar operational environment Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver projects to time and budget Experience improving business processes through automation, digital workflows and process optimisation Good understanding of IT systems, with experience of Microsoft 365; Knowledge of quality management systems, compliance processes and operational controls Experience using reporting and data analysis tools to support business performance Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Digitalisation Project Leader Working Hours and Benefits: ~ Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm ~23 days holiday plus bank holidays, birthday off and private medical insurance ~ Quarterly bonus, pension scheme, Cycle to Work and EV salary sacrifice schemes ~ Professional development opportunities, employee wellbeing initiatives and on-site parking Whether you are looking for permanent or temporary work we pride ourselves in understanding our candidate’s requirement’s to ensure that we place you in your ideal role.
