Welder Fabricator and CNC Machinist Calne Salary Dependent on Experience Our client are looking for an experienced/ time served multi-skilled engineer, someone who has experienced as a Welder Fabricator and a CNC Machinist. They are a well-established independent company which provide specialist machinery to the agricultural and construction industries! Welder Fabricator and CNC Machinist Roles and Responsibilities: Weld to a BS EN 9606-1, BS EN 9606-2 standard using MIG, TIG and MMA processes Programme, set and operate CNC lathes and Mills as well as Manual Lathes and Mills Work from engineering drawings to create components to tight tolerances, completing in process and final inspection of machined/ welded parts Operate a range of hand, power and workshop tools including but not limited to: Press Brakes, Saws, Drills and Grinders Use of an overhead crane to transport materials, taking care to ensure parts aren’t damaged – maintain equipment to similar high standards The ideal Welder Fabricator and CNC Machinist will: Be able to read and work from engineering drawings Be experienced in welding processes and procedures (TIG, MMA etc.) Experienced in programming, setting and operating CNC and Manual lathes and Mills Be able to use electrical or manual tools and …
