Production Operative Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, assembly and finish of moulded parts
  • Cut, grind, bond and flow coat finished products
  • Produce sub-assemblies as required
  • Support other areas of production, provide training to new staff as required
  • Abide by company Health & Safety procedures, keep workstations clean and tidy

Ideal Production Operative will

  • Be from an electro-mechanical background
  • Be able to use conventional workshop power and hand tools
  • 1-2 years’ experience of working in a manufacturing environment
  • Either qualified by experience (2 years plus) or Engineering BTEC Level qualifications

Working Hours

07:00 - 15:00 Monday to Friday
