Our client based in Swindon are looking for Cabinet Box Build Operative to join their growing team!
Cabinet Box Build Operative Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assemble units in line with customer requirements, engineering drawings, and internal build standards
- Work efficiently to achieve production targets and meet delivery deadlines
- Maintain consistently high-quality standards across all completed work
- Ensure punctual attendance and reliability within the production environment
- Support compliance with ISO 9001 quality management standards
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Follow company systems, controls, and operational processes
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and suggestions
- Use Microsoft applications and other business systems as required
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team
Cabinet Box Build Operative Ideal Candidate:
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and build instructions accurately
- Understanding of ISO 9001 quality standards and compliance requirements
- Experience in soldering and crimping (desirable)
- Competent in using measuring tools with a high level of accuracy
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications
