Our client based in Hungerford are looking for a Layup Technician to join their growing team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Layup composite components using carbon fibre and glass fibre prepreg materials
- Prepare moulds, tools, and materials for production
- Follow technical drawings, work instructions, and quality procedures
- Ensure parts are manufactured to required standards and tolerances
- Trim, bag, and prepare components for curing processes
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in composite layup or composite manufacturing
- Experience working with prepreg composite materials
- Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and instructions
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday, 07:30 – 16:00
Friday, 07:30 – 13:00
