Our client based in Hungerford is currently seeking a skilled Laminator to join their growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established manufacturing environment, working on high-quality components.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare moulds, tools and materials for composite lay-up
- Carry out composite laminating activities using pre-preg and dry fibre materials
- Prepare and handle glass fibre and carbon fibre prepreg materials, ensuring precise lay-up and curing processes to meet high-quality structural and performance standards
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions and lay-up manuals
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Ensure components are manufactured to the required quality standards
- Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in composite laminating
- Experience working as a Composite Technician or Laminator within a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience handling glass fibre and carbon fibre prepreg materials
- Understanding of lay-up and curing processes for composite components
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Experience working with carbon fibre and pre-preg materials

Monday – Thursday, 07:30 – 16:00
Friday, 07:30 – 13:00
