An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a well-established engineering organisation based in the Farnborough area.
Electrical Engineer Roles and Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work on industrial pump systems and associated equipment
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults on pumps, motors, VSDs, control panels, and instrumentation
- Test, inspect, and commission electrical installations in line with industry standards
- Work with single-phase and three-phase systems, motors, drives, and automated control systems
- Support installation and upgrade projects involving pump stations and industrial plant equipment
- Improve system reliability through preventative and predictive maintenance strategies
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with current electrical regulations and health safety requirements
- Complete accurate documentation, maintenance records, and certification where required
Electrical Engineer Ideal Candidate:
- Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3, City Guilds, or equivalent)
- Proven experience working with industrial pumps or pump station environments
