Job Description Quality Inspector £Droitwich Spa Our client is a leading global manufacturer of innovative fluid-flow and mechanical systems and is looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to join their growing team! The Quality Inspector will inspect materials and manufactured products, maintain accurate quality records and work with production teams to resolve quality issues. Quality InspectorRoles and Responsibilities: Ensure components comply with engineering drawings and quality standards Use precision inspection equipment, including Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMMs and FARO equipment Accurately document inspection results and identify deviations from specifications Maintain inspection records, quality documentation and calibration information Help review and update inspection procedures and protocols Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly Ensure inspection activities comply with ISO 9001 and company standards Support internal and external quality audits Recommend improvements to enhance product quality and process efficiency Quality InspectorIdeal Candidate: Quality assurance or inspection experience within manufacturing or engineering Confidence using precision inspection and measurement equipment Knowledge of root-cause analysis, CAPA and calibration processes Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, data analysis and report writing Quality InspectorWorking Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:30 to 16:00, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break This is a full-time, permanent and site-based Quality Inspector position Whether you are looking for permanent or temporary work we pride ourselves in understanding our candidate’s requirement’s to ensure that we place you in your ideal role.
