We at JKR are proud to be working with a very well-established and growing engineering company in the West Midlands, who are recruiting for a Compliance Manager!
The successful candidate will be accountable and responsible for all aspects of the company's compliance framework, ensuring adherence to customer, regulatory, contractual, and export control requirements within the aerospace and defence sectors.
Job Requirements:- The postholder will be responsible for ensuring the organisation meets all customer, regulatory, and contractual obligations while managing compliance risks, export controls, and adherence to aerospace and defence standards.
- Review customer specifications and non-PO contracts to ensure the business understands and fulfils all compliance obligations.
- Interpret and communicate contractual, regulatory, and customer requirements across the organisation.
- Liaise with customers to complete compliance documentation and support non-quality audits including JOSCAR, Cyber Security, Conflict Minerals and REACH requirements.
