Our well-established client, based in Bedlington is recruiting for a HR Administrator on a temporary basis, starting immediately.
Temporary HR Administrator Responsibilities:
- Handling correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and mail
- Maintaining records, files, and databases
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinating meetings, including agendas and minutes
- Ensuring all RTW and other documents are in place for new employees
- Managing office supplies and equipment
- Supporting staff and management with administrative tasks
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Managing an inbox
Temporary HR Administrator Requirements:
- Experience in administration
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- HR experience (beneficial)
- Available immediately
- IT literate including MS Office (Word and basic Excel)
