Due to continued growth, our client based in Hungerford is looking for an experienced Assembly Operative to join their production team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within a leading manufacturing environment.

Assembly Operative Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Cutting and trimming carbon composite materials
  • De-moulding composite components
  • Finishing and preparing products to a high standard
  • Working from engineering drawings and work instructions
  • Using hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  • Following all health and safety procedures

Assembly Operative Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous hands-on experience in an assembly, manufacturing, or production environment
  • Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and written work instructions
  • Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Comfortable using hand tools and carrying out manual tasks
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Full training provided

Assembly Operative Working Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday, 07:30 – 16:00
  • Friday, 07:30 – 13:00
  • 40 hours a week
