Job Description Manual Machinist Our client is recruiting for a Manual Machinist to join their busy workshop! They are a major supplier of high specification engineering equipment and are looking for an experienced Manual Machinist to operate manual lathes and produce precision components. Manual Machinist Roles and Responsibilities: Set up and operate manual lathes to produce precision components to specification Work with Stainless Steel, alloys, brass, copper and plastics Work alongside team members within fabrication and assembly processes The Ideal Manual Machinist: Previous machining experience Experience using manual lathes Be willing to learn to use larger machines, ideally including Binns & Berry and a Horizontal Borer Manual Machinist Working Hours and Benefits: ~37-hour working week, with occasional overtime depending on customer requirements ~ Monday - Thursday: 07:30 - 16:00 or 08:00 - 16:30 ~ 16.00 - Β£20.00 per hour, depending on experience ~ Company pension ~ Cycle to work scheme ~ Free on-site parking Whether you are looking for permanent or temporary work we pride ourselves in understanding our candidates' requirements to ensure that we place you in your ideal role.
