Electronics Assembly Operative (Contract) Newbury £13.71 per hour We are looking for an Electronics Assembly Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing team. Electronics Assembly Operative Roles and Responsibilities: Assembling PCBs and electronic components to a high standard Carrying out manual assembly, component placement and sub-assembly work Hand soldering and operating SMT machinery, where trained Following written work instructions, drawings and standard operating procedures Carrying out visual inspections to identify defects or non-conformances Completing production, quality and traceability records accurately Handling electronic and ESD-sensitive components correctly Working towards production targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy Maintaining a clean and organised work area in line with 6S principles Identifying and reporting any defects, shortages, process issues or safety concerns Supporting other areas of the assembly team when required Following all company quality, health safety and environmental procedures Wearing the appropriate PPE and ESD protection and working safely at all times Electronics Assembly Operative Ideal Candidate: ...
