CNC Operator Roles and Responsibilities: Operate one or more CNC machines in the Cell Complete a ‘machine health check list’ daily Responsible for documenting and tracking in the Cell Stamp off your own work Report NCR’s (Non-Conformance Reports) Converse with the Production Team Leader and assist with other duties when needed Maintain a safe and tidy work environment Partake in training when required Minimise the level of scrap components Mentor and support new staff or apprentices Establish key delivery dates/requirements with the Production Team Leader and Production Manager Liaise with the Production Team Leader and communicate workshop issues to the CNC Setter / Charge Hand’s CNC Operator Ideal Candidate: Previous experience CNC Operator Experience operating CNC Milling Machines Previously used Fanuc controls Engineering qualification preferably craft apprenticeship or equivalent Basic CNC programming and machine competence ...
