A Leading Building Services company is looking to recruit an Electrical and a Mechanical site Manager for a large £50M project in Chichester, Paye staff roles.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical / electrical building services.
- Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
- Conduct inspections and tests to identify and resolve mechanical / electrical issues.
- Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team.
- Ensure on-site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, RAMS, PPE etc.
- On-site coordination of plant hire, tools, and labour.
- Oversee and manage labour and subcontractors.
- Previous experience with mechanical and electrical installations on large-scale projects is essential.
