We are seeking a passionate and dedicated qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our preschool team and support the delivery of high-quality early childhood education. This role involves working alongside the Room Leader as part of a team of two, supporting children aged 2–3 years.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, be friendly and team-oriented, welcome feedback, and contribute positively to a nurturing and collaborative learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational activities
- Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment that promotes children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on children’s progress and wellbeing
- Support daily classroom routines and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Foster a love of learning through interactive play, storytelling, and creative expression
