What You'll Do: CoreWeave’s Physical AI team builds the essential cloud platform for AI innovators, applying machine learning to solve previously intractable physics and engineering challenges. We operate at the intersection of advanced cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and applied data science to transform how complex industrial products and systems are conceived, tested, and developed.
About the role: As a Staff Product Manager, you will own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for products within CoreWeave’s Physical AI portfolio. Your primary focus will be data‑centre design: replacing manual, spreadsheet‑driven processes with dependable internal products that convert power budgets into rack‑and‑pod layouts, cabling, and physical floor plans. In this role, you will conduct field discovery with data‑centre engineers, translate tacit domain expertise into explicit parametric rules, and sequence product rollout from logical sizing to physical layout optimization. Additionally, you will utilize AI‑assisted prototyping tools directly, validate product accuracy against completed site data, align cross‑functional stakeholders across Engineering and Research, and evaluate future expansion opportunities across the Physical AI ecosystem.
Who You Are: Significant professional experience in product management, product strategy, technical programme leadership, or related roles, with a track record of driving complex technologies from initial concept through broad adoption. Proven ability to navigate ambiguous, technically complex domains, owning end-to-end problem definition, business case formulation, prototyping, and user adoption. Technical fluency across infrastructure domains (e.g., networking, power, systems engineering) with demonstrated ability to translate tacit expert knowledge into formal parameters, constraints, and generative logic. Hands‑on familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools and coding literacy sufficient to read, shape, and test prototype outputs. Strong cross‑functional leadership skills with experience aligning Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, and operational teams around shared priorities. Deep user empathy and a data‑driven approach to measuring product outcomes, time savings, and capex impact against real‑world metrics.
Preferred: Academic or professional background in engineering, physical research, data‑centre design, networking, High‑Performance Computing (HPC), or related industrial fields. Experience with parametric design, optimization algorithms, operations research, placement/routing logic, or combinatorial search. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms, 2D/3D CAD representations, or frontend/JavaScript visualization frameworks.
