THE ROLE
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Global MSP Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across the Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem. In this role, you will design and execute global "to-partner" and "through-partner" marketing programs that drive awareness, enablement, and demand generation. As a key bridge between Product Marketing, Global Campaign teams, and Channel Sales, you will own the marketing strategy that empowers MSPs to successfully scale their business using the Everpure platform.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Global Strategy & Campaign Execution: Develop and execute the comprehensive global MSP marketing strategy and roadmap aligned with corporate revenue and channel growth objectives. Lead MSP-exclusive initiatives such as nurture campaigns, webinars, events, and value-driven programs in collaboration with Product Marketing and Content Marketing. Design, execute, and measure comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive engagement and acquisition across the MSP partner lifecycle. Create and manage end-to-end "through-partner" demand generation campaigns (e.g., webinars, digital kits, event templates) that MSPs can easily white-label to acquire end-customers.
- Partner Enablement & Content Creation: Build, launch, and maintain a world-class MSP enablement toolkit, including pitch decks, battlecards, data sheets, and value-proposition messaging frameworks. Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate complex technical features into business outcomes that align with an MSP’s business model (e.g., recurring revenue, operational efficiency). Own the marketing content strategy for the Partner Portal, ensuring assets are localized, up-to-date, and intuitive.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Field Alignment: Partner closely with Channel Sales and MSP Sales Team Members to align marketing initiatives with pipeline goals. Work alongside regional field marketing teams to localize global programs for specific geographic nuances (NAM, EMEA, APJ). Collaborate with Marketing Ops to track Market Development Funds (MDF) allocations, ensuring high ROI on partner-spend initiatives.
- Metrics, Analytics & Optimization: Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as partner In quarter created pipeline contribution (IQC), marketing-generated leads (MQLs), Marketing Influenced Pipeline (MIP), partner portal engagement, and program ROI. Continually optimize campaign performance based on data insights, partner feedback, and regional sales inputs.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Domain Expertise: At least 6+ years of dedicated MSP Marketing experience. A deep understanding of how MSPs or MSSPs operate, package, and price services is essential.
- Experience: 6+ years of B2B MSP marketing experience within the high-tech or software industry (SaaS, Cybersecurity, or Cloud infrastructure preferred).
- Global Scale: Proven track record of creating centralized marketing programs that successfully scale across multiple global regions.
- Content & Messaging: Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex technical platforms into a clear "Why [Company Name] for MSPs" value proposition.
- MarTech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, AppSheet) and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- The "Channel First" Mindset: An inherent understanding that your success is completely tied to the success and ease of use for your partners.
- Agility & Autonomy: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed tech environment with minimal day-to-day oversight.
- Influence Without Authority: Strong interpersonal skills to drive alignment across Product, Sales, and Corporate Marketing teams.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Staines office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
