Project Coordinator, Technology Consulting

Intelance helps organisations make practical decisions about technology, costs and change. We are looking for a freelance Project Coordinator to keep interviews, evidence requests, actions and document reviews organised during technology consulting assignments.

Primarily remote within the UK, with occasional client meetings agreed in advance. Working days are agreed for each assignment. This is a flexible contract role, not a full time permanent vacancy.

Tasks

• Arrange interviews and review meetings with client teams.
• Maintain the evidence request list, action log and delivery calendar.
• Track owners and due dates, and flag delays early.
• Keep meeting notes clear and follow up agreed actions.
• Organise document versions and consolidate review comments.
• Support weekly progress updates and the final handover.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating technology projects or consulting assignments.
• Confident use of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint.
• Able to manage several requests without losing track of detail.
• Clear written English and a professional approach with senior client contacts.
• Experience handling confidential business information.
• Available for agreed UK working hours and occasional client meetings.

Benefits

• £250 to £350 per day, depending on relevant experience. Rates exclude VAT where applicable. Contracting route and tax status will be confirmed before an assignment is agreed.
