About the job: Reporting to the Senior Director of Restaurant Sales & Services, you will lead restaurant acquisition and expansion across the UK, covering all markets outside of London. You will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives, setting the strategy and direction needed to achieve ambitious growth targets for our reservations technology. As a leader, you will coach and empower your team to challenge the status quo, overcome obstacles, and consistently deliver outstanding results for both our customers and the business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and hire a team of Account Executives to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Develop comprehensive annual forecasts and strategic sales plans to drive regional growth.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching to ensure continuous team development and success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align on organisational initiatives and secure successful outcomes for both the business and customers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to guide the team through complex prospect scenarios.
- Travel up to 40% to support the team in the field and adapt strategies to the local market needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales and team management, including building and leading successful sales or business development teams.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members effectively.
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% as required by the role.
