Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst / Delivery Manager to lead delivery and stakeholder engagement for a Media & Broadcast transformation initiative. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and third-party vendors to drive requirements gathering, roadmap planning, agile delivery, and operational excellence.
Experience
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years in Business Analysis, Delivery Management, or Product Ownership roles
- Experience in Media, Broadcast, OTT, Content Supply Chain, or Digital Asset Management environments preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and technical requirements
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams
- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release planning
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
- Support business process transformation initiatives
- Prepare project status reports and executive updates
- Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives
