We’re looking for a Corporate Account Manager to join our London team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us develop and grow a portfolio of key corporate accounts, using data-driven insights to solve workplace problems, retain revenue, and accelerate market expansion.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Deliveroo for Work (DfW) team. We are the dedicated B2B arm of Deliveroo, helping businesses—from tech startups to global law firms—manage their corporate catering, late-night team meals, and employee food perks through a centralized platform.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Portfolio Management: Nurture high-value corporate accounts across the UK, building deep relationships with decision-makers while tracking key usage metrics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and maximize revenue retention.
  • Strategic Value Creation: Translate commercial data and client behaviour insights into tailored account expansion strategies, uncovering growth levers that influence our broader UK B2B roadmap.
  • Technical Account Leadership: Develop deep product expertise to advise corporate clients on platform best practices, proactively troubleshooting issues to ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Multilevel Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary trusted partner across your portfolio, aligning your communication style to secure executive buy-in, resolve challenges swiftly, and unlock new partnership opportunities.
  • Cross-functional & Project Ownership: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Tech, Finance, and Global Commercial teams to champion your portfolio's needs, while leading strategic projects from definition to execution to drive operational efficiency.
