Jackalope Digital LLC is seeking a communications-focused leader to define and execute strategy for multi-brand customer support across Wolt, Roo and DoorDash ecosystems. You will own demand planning, frontline service design, and workforce optimization, embedding into technology stacks and driving AI-enabled efficiency while maintaining exceptional CX.
