Lem Fi is seeking a senior Collections Manager to own the end-to-end collections function across our global platform, balancing recovery rates with a customer-first approach.

You will design and refine operations playbooks, set portfolio targets, and drive improvements in policy and processes, using data and AI to speed cycle times.

You will lead a growing team and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal and Finance to ensure regulatory compliance across markets.
