Join Jack Richards & Son Ltd as an HGV Class 1 (C+E) driver. This full-time position involves driving day or tramping shifts from the Wissington depot. Salary is shift-dependent – see full wage illustration.

Role Responsibilities
- Ensure vehicle compliance with legal requirements and report issues to DC team.
- Maintain security and accuracy of load delivery in charge.
- Follow delivery instructions accurately.
- Drive safely and efficiently.
- Comply with health and safety standards, Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations.
- Hold valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence, UK digital tachograph card and full DQC (CPC card).

- Trampers: 5/6 day or night tramper – £52,000 to £54,300 + bonuses
- Mon – Fri, 1 in 3 Sat – £50,800 + bonuses
- Mon – Fri – £48,300 + bonuses
- 4 on 4 off – £35,200 + bonuses
- Days: 5/6 days (any start) – £45,900 to £48,200 + bonuses
- Mon – Fri, 1 in 3 Sat – £44,900 + bonuses
- Mon – Fri – £42,900 + bonuses
Bonuses
- £6 per shift worked
- Retention Bonus £980 to £1,500 per annum
- SAFED Fuel Bonus £730 to £1,000 per annum
The Above Figure Includes:
- Enhanced rates after 10 hours
- £26.20 per night out (tax-free) – tramping only
- Up to £10 per day meal allowance (tax-free)
Pay 13 times a year (4 weekly)
