Job Description

We are currently seeking a Class 2 Driver (C) to join our team, operating Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays and Bank Holidays on a rota basis.

Role Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest quality and accuracy of each delivery.
• Meet timed deadlines and plan routes accordingly.
• Utilize PDAs to track and sign deliveries.
• Drive to SAFED standards to achieve safe driving payments.
• Embrace the company’s Health and Safety policies.
• Maintain a professional appearance by wearing the company uniform and keeping the vehicle clean at all times.
• Unfortunately, we are not accepting applications from Newly Qualified Drivers with less than 12 months’ Commercial Class 2 (C) Driving experience **

Ideal Candidates Will Have Experience In

• Curtainside Trailers
• Multi Drop Pallet distribution to both business and private sectors
• Customer-facing interaction
• Sign-on-glass POD and ETA tracking
• Route planning
• Self-management of drivers’ hours regulations including digital tachograph usage.
• You must hold a valid LGV/HGV Class 2 (C) licence, hold a UK digital tachograph card and a full DQC (CPC card) **

In Return You Will Get

Estimated Gross Annual Earnings:

• c. £35,000 OTE incl. Pallet Bonus + Bonuses (See below)

Bonuses

• SAFED Plus Fuel Bonus (max c. £1000)
