Overview
HGV Class 1 (C+E) Driver – Monday to Friday Days – Wisbech (General Haulage)
Responsibilities
- Ensure vehicles comply with legal requirements and report issues to the DC team
- Ensure the security and accuracy of delivery loads in your charge
- Follow delivery instructions accurately and effectively
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner
- Comply with health and safety standards at all times, adhering to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
Qualifications
- Hold a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Hold a UK digital tachograph card
- Hold a full CPC/ DQC
- Preferably with Curtainside Trailers and General Haulage experience
- At least 6 months of Commercial Class 1 (C+E) Driving experience

Salary and Benefits
- Estimated Gross Annual Earnings: c. £42,900 + Bonuses
- Bonuses: £6 per shift worked Retention Bonus (max. c. £1,300 p.a.) and SAFED Plus Fuel Bonus (max c. £1,000 p.a.)
- Enhanced Rates after 10 hours
- Up to £10 per Day Meal Allowance (Tax Free)
