Position

We are looking to hire a Class 1 (C+E) 5/6 Tramper (Mon Start Day).

Qualifications and Experience

  • Commercial Class 1 (C+E) driving experience of at least 12 months (newly qualified drivers with less than 12 months not accepted)
  • Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
  • UK digital tachograph card
  • Full DQC (CPC) card
  • Experience in Curtainside Trailers
  • Experience in General Haulage
  • Experience in Timber
  • Experience in Ratchet Strapping
  • Experience in Paper Reels & Cardboard Packaging

Role Involves

  • Ensuring vehicles comply with legal requirements and reporting issues to the DC team
  • Ensuring the security and accuracy of delivery of the loads in your charge
  • Following delivery instructions accurately and effectively
  • Driving in a safe and efficient manner
  • Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
