Position
We are looking to hire a Class 1 (C+E) 5/6 Tramper (Mon Start Day).
Qualifications and Experience
- Commercial Class 1 (C+E) driving experience of at least 12 months (newly qualified drivers with less than 12 months not accepted)
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
- UK digital tachograph card
- Full DQC (CPC) card
- Experience in Curtainside Trailers
- Experience in General Haulage
- Experience in Timber
- Experience in Ratchet Strapping
- Experience in Paper Reels & Cardboard Packaging
Role Involves
- Ensuring vehicles comply with legal requirements and reporting issues to the DC team
- Ensuring the security and accuracy of delivery of the loads in your charge
- Following delivery instructions accurately and effectively
- Driving in a safe and efficient manner
- Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
