Come shape the future of brand experience. At Jack Morton, we design and build head-turning, smile-inducing, impact-driving brand experiences that redefine what experiential marketing can achieve. We help our clients unlock the full value of experiences by turning bold ideas into meaningful connections.

As a Production Coordinator, you are passionate, energetic and highly organised. Sitting within our technical team, you will support the planning and delivery of the technical elements of live experiences, independently coordinating smaller workstreams or contributing to larger programmes. You will work closely with internal teams, technical suppliers and production partners to ensure requirements are understood, deadlines are met and delivery is seamless.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the technical planning and delivery of live events, brand experiences and other assigned projects.
  • Work with internal teams to understand the creative vision and translate it into clear technical requirements and practical delivery plans.
  • Coordinate technical suppliers and production partners, including obtaining quotations, confirming scopes of work and monitoring delivery against agreed requirements.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, schedules, equipment lists, supplier information, action logs and status updates.
  • Support the preparation and review of technical proposals, specifications, drawings and production plans, escalating questions or risks to the appropriate technical lead.
  • Track technical costs, purchase orders and supplier invoices, helping the team to deliver within agreed budgets.
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with project teams, venues and suppliers, ensuring changes, dependencies and deadlines are understood.
  • Support venue liaison, site visits, technical rehearsals, installation, live delivery and de-rig as required.
  • Help ensure technical activity is delivered safely and in line with relevant regulations, venue requirements and company procedures.
  • Proactively identify issues, keep workstreams moving and seek guidance promptly when decisions or specialist input are needed.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment and support wider agency objectives across assigned accounts.

How you can add to our culture:

  • You enjoy and succeed at working well with others.
  • You contribute to a positive and productive cultural environment.
  • You take your work seriously, have fun doing it and bring energy to a team.
  • You roll with the punches.
  • You’re proactive.
  • You have a willingness to learn.

If you can do all that, you have what it takes. It might help if…

  • A relevant degree, qualification or equivalent practical experience is helpful.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in technical production, live events, experiential marketing or a related environment.
  • Some understanding of live event technical disciplines, such as audio, lighting, video, staging, power or rigging, with a willingness to continue learning.
  • Experience coordinating external suppliers and working across multiple project stakeholders.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to organise competing priorities and manage multiple workstreams.
  • Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, with confidence asking questions and escalating risks.
  • Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel; experience with project, technical drawing or production software would be an advantage.
  • A collaborative and flexible approach, with a commitment to safe working, accountability, team effectiveness and high-quality delivery.
