Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across all levels
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build job briefs, and develop sourcing strategies
- Source, attract, and screen candidates through proactive outreach, job postings, and network referrals
- Manage all candidate pipelines and communications end-to-end within Greenhouse ATS
- Drive an outstanding candidate experience throughout every stage of the process
- Provide regular pipeline updates, hiring metrics, and market insights to stakeholders
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and facilitate offer processes
- Represent the Jack Morton employer brand compellingly to candidates in the experiential and events space
Requirements
- Based in the United Kingdom with full right to work
- Available to start immediately
- Must be based in the UK and available to work 35 hours/week for at least 3 months starting immediately
- 3-month engagement to support full-cycle hiring across the business
- Experience in a full-cycle recruiting role
- Experiential & events recruitment strongly preferred; at minimum, demonstrated marketing agency recruitment experience
- Hands-on, proficient experience with Greenhouse ATS
- Ability to recruit across all seniority levels (Coordinator to Director)
- Experience managing high volumes and multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and a consultative approach
- Self-directed and able to operate autonomously in a remote setup
