Jack X is our global innovation practice, and we are expanding our network of freelance Technology Producers. As a Technology Producer, you will partner closely with the Jack X Production Director, Technology Director, and our broader multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding work that consistently exceeds client expectations.
In this role, you will independently lead medium-scale programs or defined workstreams within larger initiatives - owning everything from day-to-day execution to financial stewardship. You will serve as a key communicator and collaborator, ensuring smooth alignment across clients, internal teams, and project partners. We are looking for producers with hands-on experience bringing technology to life, especially in projects that blend digital and physical environments through interactive, immersive, or emerging-tech elements.
Day to Day, You Might Be:
- Project Scoping and Delivery
- Take ownership of the project management process through the life cycle of the project, using internal processes and tools; review projects for quality assurance purposes and ensure that both internal and client reviews take place; conduct end-of-project debriefs
- Guide the development, writing and presentation of incremental program proposals, scopes of work, schedules, and staffing plans as they relate to solutions
- Manage logistical elements of crew on site
- Licence library footage & music
- Coordinate editors, animators and post-production resources where applicable
- Liaise with Contracts Manager and H&S Advisor on Legal and H&S requirements
- Budget Creation and Coordination
- Create and manage program budgets, scopes, and reconciliations on larger projects
- Manage / mitigate third-party costs
- Demonstrate a good understanding of risk management and able to have commercial and contractual conversations with legal and insurance, clients, and subcontractors to ensure that adequate contracts are in place, with sufficient levels of appropriate insurance
- Create purchase orders & process invoices

- A strong work ethic and a resilient, solutions-focused "can-do" attitude.
- Excellent project management abilities, including organization, time management, and prioritisation.
- Demonstrated production competencies such as client focus, accountability for results, team effectiveness, developing others, adaptability, and professional confidence.
