We’re looking for a highly organized and client-focused Project Manager (Events) to support the delivery of complex event programmes. You’ll work closely with senior team members while taking ownership of day-to-day project execution.
The Role: As a Project Manager (Events), you’ll play a key role in planning and delivering a wide range of events—from conferences and product launches to internal meetings and advisory boards. You’ll manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless delivery from concept through to completion. Key Responsibilities- Client Management
- Support Account Leads and Senior Project Managers in building strong client relationships
- Participate in client meetings, calls, and status updates
- Manage day-to-day client communications across assigned projects
- Help ensure client expectations are met or exceeded
- Project Delivery & Operations
- Manage the execution of event projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and workback schedules
- Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to keep projects on track
- Identify risks and proactively support solutions to maintain delivery schedules
- Maintain organized project documentation and files
- Utilize project management tools (e.g. Wrike or similar platforms) to manage workflow
- Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination
- Support sourcing, briefing, and management of third-party suppliers
- Assist with contract coordination and ensure suppliers meet project requirements
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery
- On-site Event Support
- Support the delivery of live, virtual, and hybrid events, including:
- Team and client briefings
- Coordination of suppliers and schedules
- Troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Assist with post-event debriefs and reporting
- Financial & Budget Support
- Track project budgets and support financial management across workstreams
- Assist with estimates, budget updates, and cost tracking
- Support invoice reconciliation and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects
- Support junior team members where required
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in project management, events, or experiential marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
