The Account Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the Account Management team and managing a portfolio of clients. This position involves guiding clients through the event sales process, from project inception to event delivery, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional customer service throughout.
Responsibilities
- Support stakeholder mapping to identify key contacts within an account.
- Engage with client stakeholders to discuss new projects, prepare proposals, and provide initial budget guidance.
- Assist Account Directors and Leads in developing and implementing client retention strategies.
- Contribute to the new business strategy and generate opportunities from these initiatives.
- Support marketing strategies, including client case studies and social media campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver stakeholder proposals promptly.
- Assist in client onboarding initiatives with Account Directors and Leads.
- Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and discuss upcoming projects.
- Support client business reviews through feedback collection and data collation.
- Prepare and deliver client feedback and case studies internally and externally.
- Lead project handover with the Operations team, ensuring timely responses and clear briefings.
- Prepare initial budgets and statements of work, as directed by Account Directors and Leads.
- Update the Procim budget system under the direction of Account Directors and Leads.
- Review post-event reports with operational teams.
- Create client presentations to meet agreed deadlines post-event.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop post-event case studies.
- Attend company training days and meetings as required.
- Undertake additional tasks as needed to support the business.
