12-Month Fixed-Term Contract. We are pleased to announce that we are seeking a Business Process & Integration, Senior Lead to join our team on a fixed-term contract. In this role, you will lead initiatives focused on process improvement, documentation, training, and the adoption of systems and tools - helping our teams across markets outside North America (NAM) operate with greater clarity, consistency, and efficiency. You will work closely with the SVP of Business Integration and Process and our global counterparts to translate strategic priorities into practical, scalable processes and support integration activities across the organisation. Your expertise and insights will be critical in identifying local market needs while ensuring alignment with global standards, processes, and priorities. Success in this role will require exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, together with the ability to build alignment, influence change, and navigate complexity. You will be expected to engage confidently with senior leadership, present clear recommendations, and communicate progress and outcomes effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Process Improvement
    • Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current workflows, identify gaps and breakdowns, and propose actionable improvements.
    • Design and implement streamlined, efficient processes that can scale with our business.
    • Ensure processes align with global standards and frameworks.
    • Track adoption and impact, utilizing feedback and data to refine processes as necessary.
    • Identify and resolve issues that lead to confusion, duplication, or unnecessary effort.
    • Serve as a key point of contact for teams seeking clarity on processes and operational methods.
    • Partner with global counterparts to establish consistent roles, processes, and operational methods across markets.
    • Advocate for the needs of markets outside NAM in global process design and prioritization.
    • Build stakeholder alignment and influence the adoption of new or modified operational methods.
  • Support Training & Change Management
    • Act as a subject matter expert on processes, templates, tools, and standards.
    • Develop and deliver engaging training for new processes, systems, tools, and operational methods.
    • Translate global priorities into practical guidance that resonates with local teams while considering the broader strategy.
    • Anticipate resistance and support teams through transitions.
    • Clearly communicate changes, their significance, and expectations.
    • Facilitate consistent adoption of global standards across markets outside NAM.
    • Measure training effectiveness and refine materials based on feedback and adoption needs.
  • Build Tools, Templates & Documentation
    • Create and maintain playbooks, training materials, templates, toolkits, and process documentation.
    • Assist teams in documenting their processes and aligning them with global standards.
    • Develop dashboards and status reports to ensure accurate tracking and transparency.
    • Gather and document business requirements for new systems, tools, enhancements, and cross-functional workflows.
    • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders on system and tool development, testing, rollout, and adoption.
    • Maintain process libraries, knowledge repositories, usage documentation, and governance standards.
    • Translate complex processes and system requirements into clear, user-friendly guidance.
  • Support Business Integration
    • Facilitate integration activities, focusing on process integration, communication, and coordination.
    • Evaluate current processes, systems, tools, and operational methods to identify opportunities for alignment, simplification, and consistency.
    • Collaborate with the SVP of Business Integration and Process during integration activities to support communication, readiness, and execution.
    • Act as a liaison between markets outside NAM and global stakeholders throughout integration initiatives.
    • Identify local requirements, risks, dependencies, and readiness considerations that may impact implementation.
    • Represent Jack Morton’s global priorities while thoughtfully addressing regional needs and considerations.
    • Present integration updates, recommendations, risks, and decisions clearly and confidently to senior leadership.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in cross-functional project management, business process improvement, business integration, or a related field.
  • Experience working across multiple teams, offices, markets, or geographies is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, communicate, and drive work to completion.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and transform them into clear, actionable processes.
  • Experience developing process documentation, training materials, operational standards, and user guidance.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into process, system, or tool enhancements.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, rollouts, training, or organizational change.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build alignment across diverse groups.
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and presentation skills, including experience engaging senior leadership.
  • Proficient in using project trackers, dashboards, reporting tools, and other systems to monitor progress and communicate status.
  • A self-starter who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain momentum in an ambiguous environment.
