We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic Commercial Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our growing team.
Working across a variety of commercial sites, you’ll help deliver high-quality grounds maintenance services that keep our clients’ outdoor spaces looking their best throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out grass cutting using pedestrian and ride-on mowers.
- Strim, edge, and maintain lawns to a high standard.
- Weed and cultivate planted areas and borders.
- Prune shrubs, hedges, and small trees.
- Undertake hedge cutting using powered equipment.
- Carry out seasonal planting and mulching.
- Remove leaves and maintain clean, tidy sites.
- Litter pick and empty bins where required.
- Apply pesticides and herbicides (where qualified and authorised).
- Assist with winter maintenance operations, including gritting and snow clearance when required.
- Operate and maintain grounds maintenance machinery and equipment safely.
- Complete daily vehicle and equipment checks.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company health and safety procedures.
- Maintain excellent standards of customer service and professionalism while representing the company on client sites.
- What We’re Looking For
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- CSCS Card
- Good level of physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good time management and reliability.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Health and safety awareness
- Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience.
- PA1 & PA6 spraying licence
- Experience operating ride-on mowers and other commercial grounds maintenance machinery.
- Towing of trailer
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 7.00am – 4.30pm
